What to include
- Your PackStack role: operator, staff member, or client.
- The device, browser, and app version you were using.
- What you were trying to do, the approximate time, and the on-screen error.
Keep sensitive information safe
Do not email a password, one-time sign-in code, integration secret, private key, or full payment-card details. PackStack Support can ask for safer diagnostic details if needed.
Privacy
Review the current privacy notice, including its approval status and change history.
